The minimum mail order accepted is for $15.00 worth of merchandise. The minimum mail order (to receive free shipping) in the 48 contiguous United States is $50.00 worth of magic. A small handling charge of $3.50 will be applied to all orders (whether free shipping or not) to help cover actual packaging and processing of your order. Any order under $50.00 will incur both shipping and handling charges. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other out-of-country customers must contact us for a shipping and handling quote before placing your order. Sorry, but the cost to ship to those locations free of charge is more than we can absorb. All mail orders placed on our website are payable with PayPal only and you will be prompted in that direction during your shopping cart check out.

If you aren't able to use PayPal for making your payment then you will need to contact us via email or phone for processing your order. In this instance we can hold your order until you send us a money order (payable to a United States bank) or registered cash, or we can accept a Visa, MasterCard, or Discovery card number.

Winkler's Magic Warehouse RETURN POLICY! If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will be more than happy to replace it. Simply call us at 860-859-3474 to request a return authorization number. We do ask that you notify us within one week of the day you receive the defective item. If, however, the damage appears to have been caused during shipping, you must contact your local USPS office to file a claim. This will insure that you receive a brand new product as quickly as possible. Remember, if you have any questions, please call us!

ALL SALES FINAL! Please be very careful in your selection of tricks from our on-line store. The intrinsic value of any magical effect is in its working and secret. Therefore we cannot exchange or refund money on tricks or books selected from our store for any reason other than defect in workmanship. Pre-owned items are not returnable for any reason. While we do make every effort to satisfy our customers and maintain high quality standards of our products, we must be clear in our policies concerning exchanges and returns. Any new item returned due to a defect or any damage occurring during shipping will be exchanged for a new one. No exchanges will be given for a different item. All sales are final and there will be no cash or credit refunds. Any return that is justified and approved by us will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. So please be careful in your choice of magical products ordered. We are always willing to help you in any way possible!
