Yellow Nesting Balls

These came from an old magician’s estate purchase. No instructions. Method used is not known. Maybe someone has a use for these. A vanished item ends up inside the innermost ball of a 3-ball nesting set. You receive the three yellow hard plastic nesting balls and some drawstring bags as pictured. Selling as is.
The measurements of the three balls are as follows:
Large ball is 5-1/2″ in diameter
Medium ball is 4-1/2″ in diameter
Small ball is 3-1/2″ in diameter
Note: The bags came with the balls from the previous owner but not all the balls will fit into the bags. Not sure what their purpose was in the routine.
