From a magician’s estate purchase. This was originally a Psychic Mystery Watch from Mike Bornstein but it stopped working. Luckily it stopped with the playing card stuck in a full view position. Steve Bender from Ickle Pickle used to sell a trick called “The Watch” which was a regular wrist watch with a playing card on its face. There was no moving mechanism to go bad. It was simple. This broken Psychic Mystery Watch can be used just as “The Watch” was used. You would just simply wear the watch and force the appropriate card, in this case, the Eight of Spades, and whenever you wish show your watch with an image of the chosen card inside. Believe us, to the lay audience it still makes for a great trick.
