The picture shows two wands. One wand as it appears when produced, and one wand rolled into the tiny section before it is produced. You will receive the wand in the rolled condition with the ring to keep it in a coiled position. To produce you secretly remove the ring and then toss the rolled section into the air where it will instantly open up into a full sized wand!
