Effect: A fan changes from Yellow to Red, then to Rainbow Colors, and finally to a beautiful decorated Dragon Fan!
Although the effect is similar to the popular Color Changing Fan, this has a special construction, so that the complete fan changes color. There is also no obvious opening of the fan in opposite directions.
Comes complete with specially made fan that is beautifully offset printed in full color and laminated for long use, and an instruction sheet.
