Description

This came from an old magician’s estate purchase. Comes with the original instructions and a newsprint template. To be honest we tried playing with this and just could not understand how this works. Maybe you’ll have better luck at  making the newspaper hat. Selling as is.

Effect: A folded newspaper is trimmed all around with a pair of scissors. When what is left is opened out it is found to be a paper hat made from newspaper!
