Playing Cards to Flower Boxes Transformation

These came from an old magician’s estate purchase. No instructions. Routine and handling are not known. Selling as is. Maybe someone is familiar with this and has a use for it. The cards and flower boxes are in very good. The backs of the cards have the Bee design and are colored red.
