Surprise (Steve Chaiko)

Description

Effect: Ten cards are counted face down. Spectator is given five and the magician takes the remaining five. They place the packets behind their backs and mix up the cards.  Each now puts one of the cards on the table face down. The two tabled cards are now exchanged and put face up into the middle of the packets, still behind the backs. The results are four face down cards and one face up card.

The cards are brought forth from behind the back and spread out on the table. It is seen that both reversed cards match! People think that all the cards are the same but the surprise ending is when the remaining eight cards are turned over, they are completely blank!
