From an old magician’s estate purchase. Good pre-owned condition and comes with the original instructions and packaging envelope.
Effect: The magician spreads a handkerchief on a table and folds it in such a manner that the area it covers eventually is a quarter of the original size. It is quite obvious that there can be nothing under the handkerchief as it rests flat on the table top. After showing his hands to be quite empty the performer mimes the action of catching an invisible ghost from the air and pushing it under the folded handkerchief. After a short while the handkerchief starts to move of its own accord and something seems to form under handkerchief. This form is seen to rise 4 to 5 inches off the table and is also made to jump in the air. Eventually the performer causes the GHOST to vanish and shakes the handkerchief to show it empty.
